摘要
基于汽车起重机回转支承螺栓组的设计特点,建立了解决该类问题的螺栓组布局方案和非线性约束多目标优化数学模型。采用NSGA-II算法,对连接螺栓布置、设计参数进行了优化,验证了多目标优化模型的正确性和实用性,并实现了多方案设计,为螺栓的优化设计与决策奠定了基础,为杜绝螺栓疲劳断裂的安全隐患提供了解决方案。
The layout and multi-objective optimizing mathematic model of bolts connection of crane's rotary support under non-linear constraints based on the characteristic of bolts connection of crane's rotary support are established.Using the method of NSGA-II,the layout and design parameters of bolt is optimized,the validity and practicability of multi-goal optimizing mathematic model are proved,the multi design schemes of the bolt are also obtained,and the base of the optimization and decision-making of the spring is set up.The solution bolt fatigue failure is provided.
