摘要
对配气机构系统采用有限元动力分析,以气门弹簧最大疲劳安全系数为目标函数,对气门弹簧进行动态优化设计,并编制相应的优化设计程序,以解决气门弹簧失效问题。
In this paper, the value springs housing in overhead valve gears are anctlysed dynamicilly by means of finite element method. The maximum fatigue safty factor is to be the objcctive function in dynamic optimal design of valve springs,and work out a optimal design program in order to solve the fracture problems of valve springs.
