摘要
目的 观察补肾活血中药联合甲钴胺片干预眼压控制后青光眼HRT-Ⅱ的影响.方法 眼压控制后青光眼患者120例,按就诊先后次序随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组给予杞菊地黄丸、复方丹参片及弥可保片,对照组给予甲钴胺片,连续用药6个月,观察HRT-Ⅱ指标.结果 治疗后,试验组和对照组视网膜神经纤维层（retinal nerve fiber layer,RNFL）与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,试验组RNFL的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）,试验组闭角型（primary closed-anle glaucoma,PCAG）患者RNFL的改善优于开角型（pimary open-angle glaucoma,POAG）（P〈0.05）,对照组闭角型和开角型患者RNFL比较差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 补肾活血中药联合甲钴胺片能改善眼压控制后青光眼患者RNFL,尤以闭角型为佳.
Objective To observe the effect of HRT- Ⅱ with Bushenhuoxue combined Methycobal on glaucoma of the IOP under control. Methods A total of 120 patients with glaucoma of the IOP after being controlled were divided into test and control groups randomly, the test group assigned to receive Qijudihuang-wan, Fufangdanshenpian and Methycobal, the control group assigned to receive methycobal, continuous therapy for six months, observing with HRT- Ⅱ .Results Post-treatment, the differences had statistical significance in improving RNFL of two groups compare with before-treatment （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, the effect of test group was better than control group （P〈0.05 ）.The effect of the PCAG in the test group was better than POAG in improving RNFL （P〈0.05）, and the differences had no statistical significance between PCAG and POAG of control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Taking Bushenhuoxue combined with Methycobal could improve the RNFL of the patients with glaucoma after the IOP has been controlled, the effect of the PCAG is better than POAG.
