摘要
日本为推行其殖民政策,建立其稳固统治秩序,对沦陷时期的冀东农村实施全面的控制。日伪对冀东农村的统治方法是,利用本土色彩即中国传统儒家思想和古代保甲组织形式,包装其殖民理论和手段控制农民。其目的是在本土色彩的掩盖下推行殖民统治,体现出"以华制华"的战略意图。
This paper presents a case study of the Japanese Puppet Regime＇s control over the rural areas of eastern Hebei province during the Japanese occupation. The analysis examines the implementation of Japanese colonial policy, the es- tablishment of political stability through the use of local characteristics （i. e. the traditional Chinese Confucian theory and the Baojia system）, and the ways of controling peasants under concealed colonial measures. The appropriation of Chinese culture and traditions is considered as an approach of colonial rule in disguise, achieving the strategic plan of ＂Ruling China with Chinese Power＂.
