摘要
以速生杨木为原料,采用SO42-—TiO2/粘土固体酸进行预处理,发酵制备燃料乙醇。采用响应面法建立二次回归模型,并对预处理工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明,固体酸预处理能有效促进杨木降解,提高乙醇得率。当预处理温度为104.8℃、预处理时间为65.7m in、固体酸用量为3.2%时,乙醇得率比相同条件下未进行固体酸预处理的试样高23.8%。
Fuel ethanol was made from poplar with SO4^2- -TiO2/clay solid acid pretreatment and fermentation. The pretreatment process was optimized and analyzed with response surface methodology, and quadratic regression model was founded. The results showed that solid acid pretreatment could promote poplar degradation and increase ethanol yield. The ethanol yield was increased 23.8% as pretreatment temperature was 104. 8℃, pretreatment time was 65.7min and the dosage of solid acid was 3.2%.
