摘要
作为卫生体制微观运行主体的医疗机构,其改革不仅面临自身内部运行机制的完善,也涉及宏观和中观运行环境的相应变革。因此,医疗机构的改革思路应该是:紧紧围绕制度创新,实现三个机制改革,即医疗机构的补偿机制、宏观调控机制和医疗机构内部管理运行机制的改革,使医疗机构发展符合社会主义市场经济体制的需要,符合保障人民健康的需要。
As the main body in micro - moving health system, the reform of medical institute not only need to perfect the internal, moving mechanism of itself, but also relate to the corresponding reform of macro and general moving environment. So the reform access of medical institute should be: achieving the reform of three mechanism in bringing new ideas to the system, namely, remuneration mechanism, macro - controlled mechanism, and the internal regulating and moving mechanism, through which we can make the development of medical institute fit for the demand of socialism market economic system and the demand of ensuring people's health.
