从企业知识产权战略确定、相关组织机构的建设、制度建设以及知识产权创造管理等方面介绍了企业的知识产权管理工作,并结合工作实践提出了建议。
This paper introduces management works of intellectual property for enterprise,including determination of intellectual property strategy of enterprise,construction of organization structure,institution construction and intellectual property creation management;and gives suggestions basing on the practical work.
