摘要
以中国历年专利统计数据为基础,分析了我国在专利方面的现状,并针对其现存的问题,提出了一些建议。
Based on the statistical data of Chinese patents over the years, this paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese patents, and in the light of the existing problems, advances some suggestions.
