摘要
目的:评价人工双动股骨头置换术后配合中药桃红四物汤治疗老年髋部骨折的疗效。方法:46例老年髋部骨折随机分为中药治疗组、对照组各23例;中药治疗组采用人工双动股骨头置换术术前2d到术后2周配合中药桃红四物汤治疗老年髋部骨折,对照组仅采用人工双动股骨头置换术,术前术后均不用桃红四物汤,治疗至术后2周,观察比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:配合中药桃红四物汤组无1例深静脉血栓形成。对照组未用桃红四物治疗有3例出现不同程度的深静脉血栓。结论:人工双动股骨头置换术后配合中药桃红四物汤是治疗老年髋部骨折及预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的有效方法。
Objective：To evaluate bipolar hip arthroplasty with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of hip fractures in elderly patients.Methods：Forty-six elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into TCM group and control group.Both groups received bipolar hip arthroplasty replacement,and TCM group received Taohong Siwu Decoction additionally 2 days before the surgery until 2 weeks after the surgery.Results：There were no cases of deep vein thrombosis（DVT）in TCM group;while in control group,there were 3 cases with DVT.Conclusion：Bipolar hip arthroplasty with traditional Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction is an effective way to cure hip fractures in elderly and to prevent DVT.
