摘要
本文在总结驾驶台资源管理培训实践经验的基础上阐述了驾驶台资源管理培训的主要内容及形式。根据STCW78/95公约的相关要求分析了驾驶台资源管理培训的发展方向。并提出了在培训中应注意的问题。
This article elaborates the main content and the form of the bridge resource management training course on the basis of practical experience.It analyses the development trends of the bridge resource management training course according to the relevant requirements of the STCW78/95 Convention.And proposes the issue should be attention in the training.
