摘要
通过对我国游泳竞技体育人才培养体系发展现状的研究,探讨我国体育系统和高等教育系统在培养游泳竞技人才方面各自具有的明显优势和经验,提出我国高等教育系统应大力发展学校竞技体育人才培养训练体系,进而成为国家竞技体育事业发展战略中的重要组成,关键在于完善教育系统的竞技体育人才培养训练体系,充分发挥高等教育系统功能。
Through researching the development status quo of the talent cultivation system for Chinese competitive swimming, this paper discusses the advantage and experience of Chinese sports world and higher - learning circle in this field. It is proposed that colleges and universities become the leader in cultivating school talents for competitive sports and the focus in the development strategy for national competitive sports cause. The key lies in perfecting the cultivation system and bringing into full play the educational function of colleges and universities.
