摘要
教师专业自我是教师专业精神的重要内容之一,在教师专业发展中起着举足轻重的作用。教育实习作为教师职前教育的一个关键环节,对师范生的教师专业自我产生着非常重要的影响作用。本研究运用问卷调查、访谈和理论分析相结合的方法,具体、深入研究了教育实习对师范生专业自我的影响程度,并进行了原因分析,同时提出了改进教育实习工作以促进师范生专业自我发展的建议。
The sense of self plays a significant role in the development of teacher education. Teaching practice can be a pre - post teaching process. This study makes use of a questionnaire, interview and theoretical analysis in investigating the self influence of the teaching practice upon the teacher university graduates. Suggestions are given in the conclusion.
