摘要
脂肪移植技术的开展已有100多年的历史,因其手术操作方便、充盈外形好、无排异反应等优点而深受整形外科医师的重视,然而较低的成活率限制了其进一步的广泛应用。为此,众学者在脂肪细胞成活理论、脂肪干细胞的研究基础上,通过改变移植方式、添加血管活性因子等基础和临床方面的研究,较大程度地提高了脂肪移植的成活率,并得出共识:提高脂肪移植成活的关键是加速移植体的血管重建和促进前脂肪细胞的分化。
Fat transplantation technology has been developed for more than 100 years,which has been applied in clinic because of the convenient clinic operation,the good filling shape and no rejection,specially in aesthetic plastic surgery.However,the low survival rate of transplanted fat limited it further clinical application.Just of that,many scholars have done a lot of researches on besides fat cell survival theory and adipose-derived stem cells,both basic and clinic on changing the method of transplantation and adding vasoactive factors,having increased the survival fat transplantation rate in the large extent,and achieved the common consensus that the critical to improving survival rate of transplanted fat is accelerate graft vascular reconstruction and promote the differentiation of preadipocytes.
