摘要 花生四烯酸经由5-脂氧合酶(5-LO)通路转化为白三烯类代谢产物。研究表明,5-LO参与了脑血管病、脑肿瘤、阿尔茨海默病和癫痫等多种神经系统疾病的发生和演变过程,尤其是5-LO与脑血管疾病的脑水肿、炎性反应等之间的关系已成为近年来研究的热点。5-LO在脑缺血/再灌注损伤时亦发挥重要作用,现主要对二者关系的研究进展予以综述。 The leukotrienes are metabolic products of arachidonic acid via the 5-lipoxygenase pathway.Studies have shown that 5-LO is involved in the occurrence and development of neurological diseases,such as cerebrovascular diseases,brain tumors,Alzheimer′s disease and epilepsy,in which the relationship of 5-LO with brain edema and inflammatory reaction of cerebrovascular disease has become a popular subject,especially for the past few years.5-LO plays an important role in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.This article mainly discusses the relationship between 5-LO and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
