摘要
文中介绍了在开发智能电子压力测试系统(ZNY)的基础上影响测压系统精度的软件自校准补偿方法。其特色是对压力传感器采取了数字温度补偿技术,实时测压精度优于±0.02%FS。实验结果表明:软件自校准在压力测量中是一种经济、有效的方法。
In the paper,a method of software calibration compensation for test precision base on Intelligent Electronic Pressure Test System is introduced. For high accuracy ZNY features a calibration value which allow digital temperature compensated pressure sensors. Real time accuracy is better than±0. 02% FS. Test results indicate that the proposed method provides an economic and effective way for pressure.
