摘要
根据直齿廓锥双螺杆转子复杂的几何特性,利用UG系统所提供的三维参数化造型功能和内嵌的UG/Open GRIP开发环境,实现了参数化创建锥双螺杆功能段实体模型的目的,为锥双螺杆的造型设计及仿真加工提供了依据。
According to the complex geometry of straight profile conical twin-screw rotor,3D parametric modeling and embedded UG / Open GRIP Development Environment are used in the paper. The purpose of conical twin-screw parametric solid modeling is realized. And a basis for the conical twin-screw design and simulation processing is provided.
