摘要
根据同向旋转双螺杆共轭啮合原理得到的螺纹截面曲线比较复杂,不利于加工制造。首先通过逼近的方法将双螺杆的螺纹曲线简化成梯形,然后通过螺杆间物料流量计算对梯形螺杆螺棱顶宽的选取进行了分析,提出螺棱顶宽的选择范围,这样不仅保证了双螺杆的啮合作用,而且有利于切削加工。本文的工作对于双螺杆磨浆机的研究和设计具有重要的意义。
The cross-section curve of thread of the twin screw refiner which is generated from intermeshing corotating twin screw is quit duplicate. It is not convenient to manufacture. In this paper, the twin screw rod thread curve was turned into the trapezoidal model with the method of approach. And then through the calculation of flow of pulp in screw rod, we have discussed the width selection of top arris of the spiral, and proposed the width choice scope of top arris of the spiral. So it not only guarantees the meshing function of the twin screw, but also helps to machining. The works of the paper will play a positive role for studies and applications of the machine.
