摘要
根据预测控制的基本原理和特点,设计了压力控制电机系统的预测控制器。通过预测控制与PID控制仿真研究,得到了控制电机的各个系数和仿真结果,其中系数包括电磁时间常数、电磁转矩系数和感应电动势系数等。通过比较,预测控制具有较强的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性,其稳态精度和动态品质也明显优于传统PID控制,结果表明预测控制能适应快速、高精度受控对象对控制算法的要求,为生产出更快速、更精密的注塑机提供了一定的理论基础,具有较高的工程应用价值。
The design of a predictive controller for pressure servo system on the basic theory and properties of the model predictive control ( MPC), through MPC and PID control simulation study, got various factors and simulation results. These factors are included electromagnetic time constant, electromagnetic induction and torque coefficient EMF etc. Through comparison, the predictive control has strong of anti-jamming capability and robustness, its steady-state accuracy and dynamic quality are significantly superior to the traditional PID control, results showed that the predictive control can adapt the request of rapid, high-precision control algorithm controlled object and provides a theoretical basis for producing faster and more sophisticated injection molding machine with higher engineering application value.
