从人脑垂体组织中克隆了人生长激素基因并构建了分泌型表达基因工程菌Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉＫ８０２／ｐＡＶＧＨ。研制的ｒｈＧＨ中试产品。
Human Growth Hormone gene was amplified by Hi Fi PCR from pituitary tissue cDNA and cloned into pINⅢ A3.A kind of high level expression,efficient secretion genetic engineering strain E.coli K802/pAVGH was constructed.The middle scale experimental products of rhGH and been identified and checked,and been regarded that the quality have met the standard for clinic application.
