摘要
[目的]探讨健康教育对绝经期高血压病病人的影响。[方法]对58例绝经期高血压病病人在药物治疗的同时,从疾病知识、生活方式、心理状态、社会支持等各方面给予健康指导。[结果]健康教育后总有效率及病人按时服药、健康生活方式改变情况与教育前比较,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]对绝经期高血压病病人在药物治疗的同时进行有效的健康教育是控制高血压病的有效措施。
To probe into the influence of health education on patients with menopausal hypertension. Methods：A total of 58 cases menopausal hypertension were selected. In addition to drug treatment, they received health education on aspects such as disease knowledge,lifestyle and psychological state and social supports. Results： There was statistical significant difference between before and after heath education in terms of changes of total effective rate, taking medicines regularly,and healthy lifestyle. Conclusion. Effective health education and drug treatment for patients with menopausal hypertension were effective measures to control hypertension.
