摘要
高职院校的就业指导工作具有很强的挑战性,需要具有实力的就业指导团队来完成。组建就业指导教师团队要遵循多元化、梯队化、专业化的原则。高职就业指导教师团队需要建立就业指导准入制度,并从团队的组建、人员的培训、生涯的规划、评价以及就业指导科学研究等方面进行打造。
The career guidance in higher vocational colleges is highly challenging,to which a competent career guidance team is indispensable. To establish a career guidance team in higher vocational colleges should follow principles of diversification,echelon,and profession. The establishment of a vocational career guidance team should be based on an access system,the team's formation,personnel training,career planning,evaluation as well as scientific research on career guidance.
