摘要
师范院校开展扶贫顶岗实习支教,开辟了一种教师教育的新模式。实习支教学生在这一过程中,除了获得直接的教育教学经验外,还需特别重视和掌握"诊断性"的研究方法。教育教学反思是实习支教学生适应基础教育新课改,增强教师职业道德感和责任感,不断改进教学方法,提高教育教学有效性的重要途径之一。在实习支教的特殊情境下,探索切合实际的教育教学反思的方法和技巧,以便实习支教学生尽快实现由学生向专业化教师的角色转变奠定良好的基础。
Poverty-relief and replacement teaching Internship opened up a new model of teacher education.In this process,teaching students not only get the direct support of education and teaching experience,but also need special attention and mastery of education and teaching reflect this ＂diagnostic＂ approach in order to achieve as soon as possible from students to professional the changing role of teachers.
