摘要
采用花粉离体培养技术研究营养元素与植物生长调节剂对油菜花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:在适宜的浓度范围内,硼、尿素、锌、钼、6-苄基腺嘌呤(BA)和萘乙酸(NAA)对花粉萌发均有促进作用。0.01%的硼砂和0.1%的尿素、0.1mg/L的硫酸锌、10~40mg/L的钼酸钠、1mg/L的BA和10mg/L的NAA促进花粉萌发及花粉管生长的作用最显著。
Influences of nutrition elements and plant growth
regulators on the germination and growth of rape pollen were studied in vitro. The results
showed that boron, urea, Zn, Mo, Benzyladenine (BA) and Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA)
stimulated the germination and growth of rape pollen in proper concentration. The stimulated
actions were significant with the different concentration, which list as follows: 0.01% boron, 0.1%
urea, 0.1mg/L ZnSO4,1040mg/L Na2MoO4, 1mg/L BA and 10.0mg/L NAA.
