铁路超限货物精细化运输组织,既是安全的保证,也是提高运输效率的手段。建议从提高基础数据的准确性、提高超限等级计算的准确性、提高运输条件确定的准确性和加强信息系统建设四个方面来进行铁路超限货物精细化运输组织。
Fine transport of railway off-gauge goods is an effective means to ensure safety and improve efficiency. The paper gives suggestions on its promotion from four aspects, namely, improving the accuracy of basic data, improving the computation accuracy of off-gauge degree, improving the accuracy of transport condition confirmation and reinforcing the construction of information systems.
