摘要
审判委员会是我国人民法院内部设立的对审判工作实行集体领导的最高审判组织形式,它的存在是中国历史发展过程中的历史和政治两重因素造成的结果。审判委员会在多年的司法实践中确实起到了不容忽视的作用,但是随着审判方式的改革不断深化,现行审判委员会制度暴露出了诸多弊端,在实践中导致效率低下,案件质量不高,执法不公,司法腐败等,因此取消审判委员会这一制度势在必行。
Judicial committee set up by our courts is the highest level trial organization form to centralize trial works.It is made by two factors of history and politics in the historical development in our country.Judicial committee takes play an important role in the judicial practice in so many years.But there are some problems exposed along with the deep reform of judicial way,just like inefficiency,low quality,unfair execution,judicial corruption etc..So it is necessary to abolish this system.
