摘要
试验结果表明,缺Zn水稻叶绿素含量及光合速率明显降低,蛋白质合成受阻.施Zn可显著提高水稻产量,改善稻米的品质.水稻叶片RNase活性与稻株Zn营养状况密切相关,其变化早于缺Zn症状的出现及叶片含Zn量的明显变化,可用作水稻潜在性缺Zn诊断指标.
The results of hydroponic and field experiments showed that chlorophy contents and net photosynthetic rates were significantly decreased and protein synthesis of rice was prevented due to zincdeficiency. On the contrary, rice yield was significantly increased and rice quality was improved by zinc fertilizer application. The activity of ribonuclease (RNase) in leaves of rice was closely related to the zinc nutritional condition, Its change was earlier than the appearance of zine-deficiency symptom as well as significant change of zinc content in leaves. Therefore, RNase activity could be taken as an index for the diagnosis of hidden zinc-deficiency in rice.
