摘要
微量元素锌、锰是维系紫花苜蓿(Medicagosativa)栽培草地高产优质的必需营养元素,本研究通过叶面喷施的方法,研究了锌、锰微量元素配施对紫花苜蓿草产量和质量的影响。结果表明,锌、锰配施组合Mn_1Zn_2(低锰高锌)条件下,紫花苜蓿的产量、植株性状以及质量都达到各个处理的最优,且与对照(Mn_0Zn_0)具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。其中配施组合Mn_1Zn_2的产量最高,较对照增产18.97%,此处理下株高达到最大,为65.19cm;粗蛋白最高的处理是Mn_1Zn_2和Mn_2Zn_2,含量同为18.3%,且Mn_1Zn_2处理下茎叶比最低为0.97。
Zinc and manganese are essential nutrient elements to maintain high yield and quality of alfalfa (Medica^osativa) cultivars. In this study, the effects of zinc and manganese trace elements on the yield and quali ty of alfalfa were studied by using foliar spraying method. The results showed that the yield, plant traits and qual-ity of alfalfa were the best in the treatment of Mn1Zn2 (low manganese and high zinc), and there was significant difference at 0.05 level with control (Mn0Zn0). The yield of Mn1 Zn2 was the highest, which was 18.17G higher than that of the control. The highest plant height was 65.19cm. The crude protein content of Mn1 Zn2 and Mn2 Zn2 was the highest and the content is 18.3%. The ratio of stem and leaf under Mn1Zn2 was minimum of 0.97.
