摘要
本文通过测定分析9个毛竹种源春笋养分含量,结果表明:不同种源春笋各种养分含量不同,经分析,湖北武汉种源春笋含氨基酸、淀粉、还原糖较高;而安徽霍山种源最低,其它种源养分含量居中。相关分析认为,春笋含水率与各因子关系显著;淀粉含量与纬度、笋最大直径关系显著。
Through measuring and analyzing spring shoot nutrient content of Phyllostachypubesens of nine provenances,the results showed that their nutrient contents were varied invarious provenances,the nutrient of spring shoot from Wuhan of Hubei Province was higherin amino acid,starch,reduction sugar content,but that from Huoshan of Anhui Province waslower,and that from others were middle. Correlative analytic results showed that the moisture content of spring shoot had significant relation with all factors,and the starch contentdid with the latitude and the largest diameter of spring shoot.
