摘要
加快发展农村土地股份合作是推进现代农业发展的重要举措。以江苏省镇江市为例,介绍了其农村土地股份合作社发展特征及存在的不足,提出了在借鉴国内外的发展经验的基础上,应加大政府扶持力度、健全相关法律制度和完善利益分配机制等加快发展镇江市农村土地股份合作社的对策建议。
Accelerating the development of rural land stock cooperative system is an important measure for promoting the development of modern agriculture.Taking Zhenjiang,Jiangsu Province as an example,the characters and problems of the development of rural land stock cooperative system are introduced.The countermeasures are put forward including strengthening the support dynamics of the policy,perfecting the relevant legal system and improving the benefit distribution mechanism.
