摘要
表观遗传学是近年来新兴起的生物学学科,主要研究在没有DNA序列改变情况下基因功能可逆的、可遗传的变异。介绍了表观遗传学的概念、研究范畴及相关进展,分析了棉花的生物学特性及育种的特点和难点,并提出了在棉花育种中开展表观遗传研究的利用。
Epigenetic is the latest biological science in recent years,which mainly researches gene function reversible and heritable variation without DNA sequence changes.The concept,research category and advances of epigenetic are introduced.The biological characteristics of cotton,and the characters and difficulties of cotton breeding are analyzed.The utilization of epigenetic research on cotton breeding is put forward.
