摘要
通过 4个环境条件下纤维品质的表现及 5个陆地棉品系的完全双列杂交分析 ,对陆地棉纤维品质性状的遗传稳定性进行了研究。结果表明纤维比强度、绒长、麦克隆值及伸长率广义遗传率高 ,受环境影响相对较小 ,不同环境、品种间差异较一致 ;比强度、绒长与环境的互作小 ;而麦克隆值和伸长率与环境的互作较大 ;纤维整齐度广义遗传率小 ,受环境影响大。由于不同年份各纤维性状数值变化 ,结果难以比较 ,建议用陆地棉遗传标准系 TM- 1作为共同对照 ,用与共同对照的比值进行分析 。
The inheritance and the genetic stability of fiber properties were studied in four environments and using twenty crosses made among 5 varieties or strains with the complete diallel mating design. It revealed that fiber strength, length, micronaire, and elongation were stable in different environments since they had higher broad heritability. There existed little interaction with environments for fiber strength and length, while great for fiber micronaire and elongation. Low broad heritability was observed for fiber length uniformity so easily influenced by environments. It is suggested that the genetic standard for Upland cotton, TM 1, was used as common control for fiber test correction every year since fiber properties were easily influenced in different environments. Such research fields as molecular marker associated with fiber property genes or QTLs and molecular marker assisted selection should be enhanced in cotton.
