摘要
本文首先对合格投资人制度的重要性和内涵进行了阐释,之后从行为金融理论出发,以系统工程中的三维模型为比较框架,对发展程度不同的九个国家和地区、六个风险程度不同的金融产品市场相关的合格投资人制度进行了比较分析,总结和借鉴其成功经验并对我国合格投资人制度的构建提出了相关政策建议。
Derived from behavioral finance, with the frame of three-dimension model in system engineering theory, this paper compares the qualified investor schemes in nine different countries and areas, from six distinguishing risk financial product market. Conclusions and policy suggestions are given based on the reference of the successful experiences in above different countries and markets.
