摘要
马克思恩格斯虽然没有专门论述生态技术的著作,但在他们的文本中蕴涵着深刻的生态技术观。马克思认为环境危机的根本原因是技术和工业生产在资本主义制度下被误用,资本主义生产下的技术应用具有二重性。马克思恩格斯强调了利用科学技术改进生产工艺可以提高生产资料的使用率,促进工业废物资源化,减少废弃物的产生;马克思恩格斯的生态技术观为我国技术发展指明了方向,为我国工业化发展指明了道路,对我国生态文明建设具有重要的指导意义。
Although no works in connection with eco-technology intentionally written by K. Marx or F.Engels are found,some of their works implied what they thought of the eco-technology,which are proved foresighted.Marx believed that the basic reasons why the environmental crisis comes into view are the misuse of technologies and industrial production and the duality of technological applications under the capitalist system.Marx and Engels emphasized that the sci-tech applications are available to improve the utilization of productive resources,recovery of industrial wastes and minimize the quantity of wastes.Their eco-technological views provide a guidance for the development of both technology and eco-industry in China,which is of great significance to China＇s ecological civilization.
