摘要
采用一种新的工程信号分离处理方法——模式滤波法,开展了钻井井场振动信号的分离研究应用,介绍了钻井泵、牙轮钻头和PDC钻头钻进时钻柱顶部振动信号的模式滤波法信号分离结果。实践表明,可以采用模式滤波法快速、合理地分离各种混叠信号;只要信号之间存在一定的差异性,就可以实现信号完整、合理的分离处理。该方法在工程信号的分离处理中具有良好的应用前景。
A new approach-Pattern Filter method was used to carry out the study and practical use of the drilling signal separation on well site,the results of these sub-signals extracted from vibration measurement on drilling pump and the top of drill string is presented when drilled with tricone or PDC bit.It showed that this method can be used to segregate different components fast and reasonably;as long as there are some differences between mixed sub-signals,these sub-signals can be separated from vibration measurement reasonably and integrally.Such a signal separation method has a good prospect for engineering signal processing.
