摘要
固-液-液三相水力旋流器是水环境污染治理的主要设备之一。分离效率是衡量水力旋流器性能的最重要参数。对分离效率与进料流量、进料浓度等操作参数之间的关系进行了试验研究,并通过受力分析从理论上对细颗粒易受参数影响的原因进行了阐述。
Solid-liquid-liquid three-phase hydrocyclone is one of the major important equipments for treatment of polluted water.The separation efficiency is the most important technical indication for evaluating whether the separating process is perfect or not.In this study,the relationships between separation efficiency and inlet flowrate,feed concentration were investigated.The reason why particles of smaller-diameter were more sensitiveto the changes of parameters is explained through a force balance analysis.
