摘要
本文报道了长庆油田原油热化学脱水中溢流沉降罐内中间乳化层的形成、危害、组成分析及采用专门研制的破乳剂并结合旋流分离方法将中间乳化层分离为原油、污水及机械杂质的室内和工业性试验结果。在工业性试验中获得的净化原油,含水在2%以下、机械杂质在1%以下;污水含油量高,须送污水处理厂净化;机械杂质基本上为无机物。
At Niuju Oil Gathering Water Treating Plant No.1 under Ciyutuo Oil Production Factory in Liaohe, the electric/chemical dehydration of crude oil by using a commercial demulsifier selected previously became less effective because of high water cut (80-90%) and complex physicochemical behavior of the mixed crude oil. A water soluble triblock polyether, LB 1, and a oil soluble high molecular mass polymer, AJ 8511, in combination of mass ratio 8∶2 are selected out and put into use for dehydrating the mixed crude oil in Niuju Plant No.1 (40 ppm LB 1+AJ 8511) with following results: water cut in purified crude oil<0.3%; oil and mechanical admixture contents in separated water (to be further treated) <30 and <10 ppm, respectively. The sieving and compounding of the demulsifiers and the field use of the compounded demulsifier are described in this paper.
