摘要
本文比较详细地综述了外源抗虫基因的分离、克隆与构建并导入棉花的研究进展。根据基因结构的相似性以及所编码蛋白的抗虫谱，对两种抗虫基因进行了系统地分类。并针对长期种植单一转Bt基因抗虫棉后，害虫容易产生抗（耐）性，提出了抗虫棉研究与应用的发展思路。
This article summarize the exogenous zoophobous gene separate、kelong、and is drawed into cotton because the gene stracture is alike and it's coding glair zoophobous,come distinguish to two zoophobous gene. A long time to come,based on us only plant Bt gene zoophobous cotton,inseey is easy to produce resistance, so that, advance that, advance the thinking on studies and using zoophobous cotton.
