摘要
选择区域子系统的组成要素和确定各要素的评判标准;其次,根据集对分析方法的思路,得到各子系统所处的状态;第三,按照空间解析几何的内涵,由三个子系统的状态构建一个三维空间,空间中的任一点到"系统完全协调状态"线的垂直距离和到原点的直线距离可分别表示区域系统协调性和区域综合水平;最后,将区域系统协调性和区域综合水平分别进行分等并矩阵列联,得到两者的组合类型。运用该方法定量评价了江苏省52个县域经济—社会—环境系统协调性。结果表明:①江苏县域系统协调性的好差与县域经济水平(即人均GDP)的高低之间具有一定的关联性,但并不显著;而江苏县域综合水平的高低与县域经济水平的高低之间却呈现显著的正相关关系;②苏南多数县域属于高水平上的协调,但昆山、江阴、常熟、太仓、扬中却属于高水平上的不协调,而苏北大多县域则分属于低水平上的协调和低水平上的不协调。研究结论可为江苏省不同县域采取相应策略促进区域系统协调发展,提供一定参考。
Based on the analysis of shortcomings of previous studies,according to the ideas of set pair analysis and the connotation of spatial analytic geometry,a comparatively simple method for quantitatively evaluating the regional system coordination is designed,which is used to evaluate the coordination of economy-societyenvironment system and the comprehensive level of 52 counties in Jiangsu.The results indicate that： ①most of the counties with good coordination lie in South Jiangsu and coastal area of Jiangsu,while the counties with poor coordination lie mostly in the inland area of North Jiangsu;②the overwhelming majority of the counties with high comprehensive level lie in South Jiangsu,while the counties with low comprehensive level are distributed mostly over Central and North Jiangsu;③most counties of South Jiangsu belong to the type of high comprehensive level and good coordination but Kunshan,Taicang and Changshu belong to the type of high comprehensive level and medium-degree coordination,while most counties of North Jiangsu belong to the type of low comprehensive level and good coordination or the type of low comprehensive level and poor coordination.The conclusion can provide reference for promoting coordinated development of different counties in Jiangsu by adopting corresponding tactics.
