摘要
对温州医学院校、院二级管理模式下研究生教育改革的经验进行总结。在研究生思政管理上借鉴本科教育的管理模式,完善日常管理体制;在研究生学术学风教育上加强诚信、责任心等学术道德、人文素质教育;在研究生创新能力培养上,依托科研团队力量,激发研究生创新热情和潜力。
The paper sums up the experience of graduate education reform under the school secondary administration at Wenzhou Medical College. Regarding ideological management, we referred to the undergraduate management model and improved the daily management. As for the academic and study style in graduate education, we strengthened education in academic ethics including trustworthiness, sense of responsibility and humanities quality. As to graduates＇ innovative ability training, we rely on the power of research teams to inspire graduate students＇ enthusiasm and potential of creativity.
