摘要
目的探讨护理硕士研究生对科研诚信问题的认识与态度,为科研诚信教育提供依据。方法对12名护理硕士研究生进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi资料分析法,运用QSR-Nvivo 8.0统计软件包进行资料分析。结果归纳出3个主题,即对科研诚信的认识,主要包括著作权、研究数据真实有效和研究的科学性;对学术不端行为的感受与态度,包括反对态度和理解态度;研究生学术不端行为的原因,包括个人因素、科研压力、环境氛围、管理制度。结论结合护理硕士研究生自身特点,采取多种途径,提高其科研诚信意识。
Objective To explore nursing postgraduate students'recognition and attitude toward research integrity,and provide evidence for research integrity education.Method Twelve postgraduate nursing students were interviewed in-depth.Data was analyzed by Colaizzi data analysis method and the QSR-Nvivo 8.0 software.Results Identified three themes,namely the understanding of research integrity were as follows:copyright,research data real and effective and scientific.And attitude of the feelings of academic misconduct were as follows:opposition and understanding attitude.The factors leading to academic misconduct were as follows:individual character,research pressure,research climate and management system.Conclusion It is necessary to take a variety of ways to improve nursing postgraduate students'awareness of research integrity according to their own characteristics.
