摘要
政府角色属于一个不断变化的动态范畴,随着社会形势的发展而转换。面对新形势下构建和谐社会的执政理念,政府的执政方式就要与之相适应。为此,政府不但会被赋予"和谐人"的新角色,而且应该担当起构建和谐社会的重任。本文尝试从"和谐人"角色产生的时代背景、"和谐人"角色定位及"和谐人"的路径选择三个方面探讨建构"和谐人"角色范式。
Government＇s role is a changing dynamic areas, with the development of the social situation change.Facing the new situation,the ruling idea of building a harmonious society,the ruling means the government must adapt with it,the Government will be given a new role as ＂harmonious human＂,take on the task of building a harmonious society.This paper attempts to build a roleparadigm of＂ harmonious human＂,which comes from the role of background of＂ harmonious human＂created,the Role of ＂harmonious human＂ and the route choice of ＂harmonious human＂.
