摘要
本文采用石蜡切片法对华北紫丁香花芽分化的不同阶段和特征进行观察研究,结果表明华北紫丁香花芽的形态分化始于5月下旬,从开始花芽形态分化到雌蕊原基分化形成为止,整个分化时期约持续4个月;分化过程分为未分化期、分化始期、花序分化期、花萼分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期和雌蕊分化期,各分化时期有重叠现象。此后一直到开花前进行雄蕊原基和雌蕊原基的发育。
The progress and characteristics of flower-Bud morphological differentiation of Syringa Oblata was studied by the method of paraffin section.The results as follows： The flower bud morphological differentiations started in late May.From the beginning to the pistil differentiation stage,the whole process approximately continueded for four monthes.The flower bud morphological differentiations was divided into seven stages,including vegetative stage,initial differentiation stage,involumcrum differentiation stage,sepal differentiation stage,petal differentiation stage,stamen differentiation stage and pistil differentiation stage.There was intersectional phenomenon in each ifferentiation stage.The sexuel cells developmented from then on to flowing.
