摘要
为制定合理的花期调控措施,进一步揭示华北紫丁香花芽分化的生理特性,以不同时期的华北紫丁香花芽、叶芽及其叶片为材料,研究在花芽分化过程中可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白质及核酸含量的变化。华北紫丁香在生理分化期花芽中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉及核酸含量都达到最大值,且花芽的积累远远大于叶芽,说明以上物质的高浓度均有利于花芽的孕育;形态分化期间花芽中可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、核酸含量下降后,又逐步回升,且其各个时期含量均高于叶芽。初步明确了华北紫丁香花芽分化期的主要营养物质及其核酸含量的变化规律。
For make the reasonable measures of florescence control, this article reveals the physiological characteristics of Syringa oblata flower bud differentiation. Changes of soluble protein, soluble sugar, starch and nucleic acid contents in floral bud,leaf bud and leaves of Syringa oblata during its floral bud differentiation were studied. The results are as follows, in the physiological differentiation stage, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch and nucleic acid accumulated highest in floral bud, but the soluble sugar accumulation in floral bud is much more than that of the leaf bud. It results such index are helpful to the formation of floral buds. After the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch and nucleic acid of floral bud reduced in the floral bud shape differentiation, they are rising continually, and they are higher than leaf bud during the floral bud differentiation.
