摘要
目的:探讨氯化汞(HgCl2)对小鼠毒性作用。方法:采用毒理学方法观察HgCl2对小鼠体重、脏器系数和精子畸形率的影响,并作F检验和q检验以及u检验。结果:HgCl22.0mg/kg和1.0mg/kg体重染毒后体重增长明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);HgCl22.0mg/kg体重组肝脏器系数明显高于HgCl21.0mg/kg组和阴性对照组(P<0.01),而肾、脾脏器系数均显著低于HgCl21.0mg/kg体重组和阴性对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);精子畸形率也较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:HgCl2对小鼠具有显著地毒性作用。
Objective:Toxicity effect of mercuric chloride(HgCl 2) was studied in mice.Methods:The effect of HgCl 2 on the body weight,the organs index and the rate of aberration of sperm in mice were observed.The toxicity was calculated statistically in F test, q test and u test were supplied.Results:The body weight of mice of HgCl 2 group was significantly lower than that of control group( P <0.05~ P <0.01).The liver organ index of mice with HgCl 2 in dose of 2.0 mg/kg group was higher than that of 1.0 mg/kg group and control group( P < 0.01 ).The kidney and spleen organ index of mice with HgCl 2 in 2.0 mg/kg group was obviously lower than that of 1.0 mg/kg and control( P <0.05~ P <0.01).The rate of sperm aberration in HgCl 2 group was also higher than that of control group( P < 0.01 ).Conclusions:The toxicity effect of HgCl 2 was significant in mice.
