摘要
目的探讨综合康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法将200例恢复期住院精神分裂症患者分为干预组和对照组,采用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)、简明精神病量表(BPRS)于干预前和干预后3周进行测评。结果干预组在干预后IPROS、BPRS总分均明显改善(P<0.01);对照组仅BPRS总分较干预前改善(P<0.05)。结论对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施综合康复训练有助于恢复患者的社会功能。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on chronic schizophrenic inpatients.Methods 200 chronic schizophrenics were divided into study group and control group,BPRS and IPROS were used in evaluation before and 3-week after training.Results The scores of both BPRS and IPROS in study group significantly improved （P0.01） after rehabilitation;only the score of BPRS in control group improved （P0.05） in control group.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
