秦香颗粒对轮状病毒感染乳鼠粪便病毒抗原及小肠黏膜IgA的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察秦香颗粒(又名秦香止泻肠溶片)对HRV感染乳鼠粪便病毒抗原、小肠黏膜IgA的影响,探讨秦香颗粒治疗HRV感染性腹泻的作用机制。方法将乳鼠随机分成7组,正常对照组为常规饲养,其余6组造成HRV感染模型,并分别灌服生理盐水,秦香颗粒高、中、低剂量、病毒唑及肠康片,连续给药5 d。采用金标法检测粪便HRV抗原,免疫组化法观察小肠黏膜IgA分泌的情况。结果与模型组比较,各给药组均有不同程度抗病毒作用,以病毒唑抗病毒作用较好,病毒抗原阴转率较高,秦香颗粒与高剂量相接近;秦香颗粒能促进小肠分泌IgA,增强小鼠小肠黏膜免疫作用,其作用优于其他各组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以秦香高剂量作用最明显。结论秦香颗粒能促进乳鼠病毒抗原转阴,促进小肠黏膜分泌IgA,增强乳鼠小肠黏膜免疫调节作用,并呈现一定的量效关系。 Objective To observe effect of Qinxiang granules(Qinxiang Zhixie Enteric-coat-ed Tablets) on HRV fecal virus antigen and small intestinal mucosa IgA and investigate the mechanism of the granules for infectious diarrhea by HRV in suckling mice.Methods All the mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,the mice in the normal control group bred with NS,in other six groups were induced the models of HRV infection,and then,was bred with Qinxiang granules in High,medium and low dose,Ribavirin,Changkang tablets for 5 days.Then,the changes of HRV stool antigen were measured by gold-labeled,and the changes of small intestinal IgA were observed with immunohistochemical staining.Results Compared with model group,there were varying degrees of anti-viral effect in the treatment groups,the ribavirin was the strongest,the virus antigen negative conwersionrate highest in high-dose Qinx-iang granules followed.The action of Qinxiang granules promoted intestinal seceretion of IgA was better than others drugs(P〈0.05),and the high-dose of Qinxiang was better obvious.Con-clusion Qinxiang granules can change the diarrhea virus antigen into the negative,promote in-testinal secretion of IgA,and enhance the small intestinal mucosal immunity in suckling mice,in which,there is a certain dose-effect relationship.
