摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法 68例膝患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每次25～50 mg,每周1次,3～5周为1个疗程。结果按照疼痛、日常动作、步行能力受限程度评估,有效率97%,优良率83%。结论玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是一种实用、简便、安全、无毒副作用且疗效良好的治疗。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of sodium hyaluronate injection on gonarthritis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gonarthritis were treated with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate 25-50 mg weekly for 3-5 weeks. Results The effective rate was 97% and the excellent and good rate was 83%, which both were evaluated on the bases of pain, daily movements, limited walking ability level. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate injection is effective, convenient, safe and nontoxic in the treatment of gonarthritis.
