摘要
目的：对膝关节骨关节炎应用中药熏洗治疗的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法：选取2014年1月~2015年2月某院收治的膝关节骨关节炎患者400例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各200例,对照组给予口服药物消炎、止痛常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用自拟中药熏洗治疗。治疗周期结束后观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：两组患者进行3个疗程的治疗,对照组治疗有效率为82.0%,治疗组治疗有效率为91.5%,两组比较P〈0.05差异有统计学意义。结论：中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on osteoar- thritis of knee joint. Methods： 400 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint treated with Chinese herbal fumi- gation and washing were analyzed from January 2014 to February 2015. Patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 200 cases each group. The control group received conventional therapy with oral anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesic drugs,etc, and study group received Chinese herbal fumiga- tion and washing based on treatment of the control group. The clinical effect of two groups were observed af- ter treatment. Results： After 3 courses of treatment, the treatment efficiency of the two groups were 82% and 91.5% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint has satisfied curative effect,which is worthy to be popularized.
