摘要
创新人才就是具有创新能力、创新精神,并通过自己的创新行为而取得有创新价值成果的各类人才。现行人才评价观念中尚存在几种误区,如"提问学生"等同于"问题学生"、"知识"与"创新"成正比、"全面发展"就是"全科发展"等。评价创新人才应坚持内容全面化、过程动态化、标准多元化、方式多样化的原则。
The innovative talents are the talents with the innovative ability and creative spirit,who are bale to achieve success through innovative performance.The existing principle of evaluating the innovative talents is somehow controversial.There are some misconceptions concerning the connotation and evaluation principles of the innovative talents.We hold that we should adhere to such principles as comprehensiveness in evaluation content,dynamics in evaluation process,pluralism in evaluatin standards and variety in evaluation means.
