摘要
根据伺服冲床的功能要求与技术指标,以基于DSP的最小系统为开发平台,对伺服冲床冲压材料成型控制规律的一般方法进行研究。依据不同材料的冲压特性,借助于Matlab中Simulink工具及Target for TI C2000工具进行系统建模与仿真,包括算法模型的设计、DSP控制器的模型设计以及被控对象的模型设计,并对系统进行仿真分析,以此来设计具有精度高、响应迅速、运转稳定及满足特定加工要求的控制系统。该种方法可缩短开发时间,降低开发成本,使整个开发过程明晰化。
According to the functional requirements and technical indicators of the servo press,and DSP -based platform for the development of minimum system,the general approach,forming and control law is studied for stamping press materials. According to the different press material properties,system modeling and simulation are built with Simulink tools of Matlab and Target for TI C2000 tools, including the design of algorithm, DSP controller and object model. The system simulation also was analyzed. Through which, the control system was expected to be high precision, fast response, and stable operation. Thus it can meet the requirements of the particular process. Such an approach can reduce development time and costs,clarity the entire development process.
